Conversations of Lizard and Human

A few days ago, while I was writing my verses. A big white lizard appeared on the wall and looked at me quietly.

“May I help you?” I said to the lizard, ” What do you want from me? I’m not a bug.”

“Ummmmm, I know guy, I know you’re not a bug” the lizard answered “I don’t want any things from you, I just want to know what are you doing?”

“I’m writing the verses” I told the lizard “Poems, words of wisdom. Do you know wisdom? Wisdom make human smart and clever.”

“Oh!,I see.”, said the lizard, “But I have no need wisdom.”

“Why? Human need wisdom. Why  lizards have no need?, I wondered, said to the lizard.

“I don’t want wisdom, I just want some bugs.” the lizard answered and went away.

Each creature has a craving for different things e.g. human beings have an incessant desire for wisdom, knowledge and many other things. A lizard, on the other hand, merely needs to eat as part of its natural being. Only having enough food to fill its stomach seems to be sufficient for the small reptile, which is not us same as us who will never have enough.

Thank You Oneditorial. I absolutely agree with you. We,human being, never have enough. Once I thought, if I were lizard I would be happy. But just once time I thought like that. I truly love my human living.
